Frequently Asked Questions
I can't attend the class. Will the recording be available for purchase afterward?
Yes, all of the recorded class sessions will be available for one-time purchase after the class is over, for a slightly higher price.
Is this included in the subscription plan?
Live class related items are only available by one-time purchases, not included in the subscription plan.
What materials do I need to be prepared for the class?
Once you preregister, you'll gain access to download the Cutlist & Supplies Document, where all tools and materials will be listed.
Will there be break times?
Yes, we will have break times every 45 minutes or so, and during that time we can also answer any questions you may have.
What if I only attend one session?
If you will only be able to attend one session, please consider purchasing the recorded sessions instead. Students who purchase access to the live class, and only participate in one of the four sessions will be refunded and lose access to the class. This is to encourage participation.
If the classes are full, when can I join the next event?
A newsletter will be sent out, once new dates are determined. Live class dates are based on students' availability and my own.
What happens if I am not available to take your classes during your listed timeframes?
I will schedule future classes at different times of day and days of the week, to give friends a chance to join, even with different life schedules. Feel free to get a discussion going on the facebook group.
What do I do if I live on other side of the planet and your classes are scheduled in the middle of the night for me?
For now the classes are day time hours for me, but if we can establish a group of crafters who fit the same timezone, I would be willing to do a night time class.
What if I have technical issues, interruptions or suddenly can't make it to the class?
Once you alleviate your technical issue, watch the recorded session and catch up so you can be ready for the next week's class. If you still have technical issues, please email me so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
What if I don't finish in the allowed amount of time?
We can arrange one extra session for those who did not finish after the 8 hours of class time.
What happens if YBM Website gets disconnected?
We will try to fix it asap, and this will not take out of your 2 hour class time.
